Your practice’s old records could be worth more than you think.
Find out free, in a few minutes. Medical and dental practices can apply online to see whether their years of office records qualify for a paid data licensing deal with an AI data buyer.
- No cost to your practice, ever
- You keep your original files
- You decide what’s included

Privacy first
Your practice stays in control
We know patient privacy comes first in healthcare. Here’s how this works.
You decide what’s included
Before anything is shared, you agree on exactly which files and dates are in scope. Want to leave out patient records or anything covered by privacy law? Raise it with the buyer’s team before you agree to anything, and they’ll tell you whether your practice still qualifies.
Personal details are removed
The data buyers say they remove or change names, contact details and other sensitive information in the copy before it is used.
Your own advisor has the final word
We don’t give legal or privacy advice. We encourage every practice to check with its own compliance or legal advisor before signing anything.
How it works
Three simple steps
Pick the buyer that fits your practice
Compare what each data buyer is looking for in the next section and choose the one that matches your size and records.
Apply online through our link
It takes a few minutes and costs nothing. You create your practice’s profile yourself, and the buyer’s own team takes it from there.
The buyer reviews and contacts you
The buyer’s team reviews your practice and talks with you directly. If it’s a match, they make an offer you can accept or decline. Not every practice is accepted.

Where to apply
Choose the buyer that fits your practice
Both buyers license a copy of a company’s everyday business records to help train AI. Read what each one looks for, then apply with the one that matches you.

Why it’s free
Free for your practice. Here’s why.
When a practice applies through our link and is accepted, the data buyer pays DataValue Gateway a referral fee. Your practice never pays us anything. We tell every practice this up front.
We are an independent referral service. We are not employees or representatives of Mode, micro1 or any other data buyer. Our job is to explain the opportunity honestly and point you to the right place to apply.

Questions
Answers to common questions
What about patient privacy?
You decide which files and dates are included before anything is shared, and you can ask the buyer about leaving out patient records. Both buyers say they remove or change personal details in the copy. Please check with your own compliance or legal advisor before signing anything.
Is it really free?
Yes. Applying costs nothing and your practice pays nothing. If your practice is accepted, the buyer pays us a referral fee.
Do I lose my files?
No. Buyers license a copy. Your original files and systems stay with you.
What kind of records do buyers want?
Everyday business records, mostly in English: internal email, documents, policies and procedures, training materials, CRM, and admin and billing records. Exactly what’s included is agreed with you first.
How much could it be worth?
It depends on the buyer’s own review of your practice and records. We can’t promise any amount, and not every practice is accepted.
Which buyer should I apply with?
Practices with 15 to 19 staff should apply with Mode Inc. With 20 or more staff, either may fit. Compare both lists in the “Where to apply” section.
Who will contact me after I apply?
The buyer’s own team. They review your application and talk with you directly about next steps.
Who are you?
